In 2012, interested parties came together to Incorporate Ward 3 Neighbors Alliance and register with the IRS as a 501c3 non-profit. This allows us to act as an agent for unincorporated Neighborhood Associations, neighborhoods, and other groups with interests in Ward 3, if they want to apply for grants that require a 501c3 organization.
